Act 7 maligaro quest state bugged

I was able to kill Mailgaro in his dream-map zone in act 7. However, my quest state is still in the phase telling me that sin wants me to kill him. I have already defeated act 10 Kitava and was able to continue though the story.

I do not have the pantheon option either.

This same issued happened to me today on the doedre fight in act 8 cauldron zone and was unable to go to the quay or the grand promenade. I fixed this when I restarted my game.

I believe that the issue may have been caused by some server side lag.
