Righteous fire burning area not showing

After it activates, it always shows. But it seems that when CWDT casts IC, I need to re-enable RF to make its visuals work again.

ohh maybe its CWDT the issue. I made a thread few days ago about it. I use it to cast blade vortex to trigger elemental overload. The burning area of RF die from time to time.
Please fix it its very annoying Glowing green mouse cursor plz.
