Achievements unlocking without doing Requirements

Whenever i would log on to path of exile the game would automatically unlock 5-7 achievements that i have never done the requirements for, the highest level character i have so far is only 40 yet i own achievements like killing bosses i have never encountered or reaching level 70 and leveling gems up to level 20

I get this as well but for achievements I have already done but never unlocked. I am level 90 and level 30-50 on several characters and only today just got the "Equip a unique item" achievment even though I've done this for awhile now.
