So i rencently got myself a zerphi's heart and had the pleasure to try it out with HH + shadows and dust however it has a huge issue:
Basically one thing i hate about these extremely fun clearpseed items is that loot fucks u up. U wanna keep killing to have those things recharge over and over and get more stuff but ooops a fucking chaos orb drops who knows where at and u loose 2s of the 10s that soul eater lasts. Tried playing without picking loot. The whole rampage + soul eater + HH was fucking amazing but i just can't play like that... Rest of buffs are usually more common and u refresh them easily so stopping to pick loot with those is fine, but those super clutch buffs just make me sad when playing. D3 definetely got it right with GRs and even Incursions were nice with the big loot explosion at the end. Delves are perfect for this since your loot doesn’t drop till the end of the path.

I remember dropping a HH in ssf legacy and I was so excited to try it out for the first time. After couple of minutes I realized that if I stop to pick up anything lower than chaos, Im getting very little benefit from the belt. But I cant afford not to pick up currency and even rares sometimes, so I never touched it again^^
