IT says it gives you 20% more chance to evade but it gives you 20% increased evasion rating

Yes, this is then really a bug (I'm leveling my current char also as Trickster). I've tested this with "Path of Building" and it gives direct a higher chance to evade value (from 40% to 50% - I was first confused about the 10% increase, but "more" is a multiplicative modifier, so that is right).
