Cant figure out Memory Eater quest

I'm having trouble getting the rest of the memory fragments. I was thinking my quest is bugged but GGG doesn't seem to agree. Hopefully I'm missing something and you all can help me out.
My quest currently reads: " If I check my Book of Memories I have pages 1 through 8, 10, and 13. I can't seem to get anymore fragments. Here are the things I've tried: Kill an Elder Guardian on Promenade (T11). Kill an Elder Guardian on Racecourse (T12). Kill the map boss on an Elder influenced shaped Armory (T13). Kill the map boss on an Elder influenced shaped Estuary (T14). Kill the map boss on an Elder influenced shaped Siege (T15). Kill the map boss on an Elder influenced Dig (T14). All of this was in SSF Standard and none of it rewarded any additional memory fragments. Also none of these maps were ever highlighted while influenced. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks! Which map has the Elder himself spawned on when you killed his guardians?
This might be somewhat unintuitive, but it is only the map the Elder is in that determines the difficulty of the encounters (and the subsequent rewards). If the Elder spawns in a yellow map, but his guardians in an adjacent red map, they still count as yellow-tier guardians. You need to kill the Elder's guardians (and not just the regular map boss) when the Elder himself spawns in a red map. |

Elder was in a yellow map. Hopefully that is my issue.
