Hi as title says BV cannot leech life even 1 dps altought comes couple of leech nodes, incl vaal pact.

Blade Vortex is a spell, so all the "Attack Damage leeched as life" nodes
on the tree do not work. When you want to leech with BV you have to get "Spell damage leeched as life" on your items or you can use Blasphemy + Warlord's Mark. Last edited by lug_up on Sep 23, 2018, 8:46:48 AM
