Inspired learnings...broken after disconnection?

I was using an inspired learning on my cyclone raider, I recently respecced to use two, I was using two for about an hour and then disconnected in a map, and now I'm only getting the use of one, even though both are still active on tree.

I restarted client, refunded the jewel nodes and retook them, reseated both jewels multiple times, and still only getting one.


Anyone else ever have this problem and what can be done to fix?
