watcher's eye prismatic jewel not working...!

I have a watcher's eye prismatic jewel with the mod "36% of physical damage converted to fire damage while affected by anger" but it does't raise my dps at all when i equip it. I have a Ngamahu fire cyclone chieftain build,.. do i do something wrong???

If u are Cheftain u probably went for Ngamahu, Flame's Advance ascendency node

so u have 50% phys to fire from chieftain and 50% phys to fire from Ngamahu Axe, 50+50 = 100 so u already convert all ur phys dmg to fire and u can't convert more, so ur watcher's eye does give u nothing.
However you can use watcher's eye with mod Gain xx physical damage as EXTRA Fire damage.
