Hand of Thought and Motion and Manticore Weapon Effect

With the Marauder Model (haven't tested with others), using the Manticore Weapon Effect and dual wielding 2 Hands of Thought and Motion makes the weapon effect spread to the whole character, not just the weapons. I've dual wielded other weapons and doesnt do this, i haven't tested with Hands of Wisdom and Action though, but im assuming it would happen as well since they share the weapon model.
Also there's a bug that happens when we change the weapon effect it doesn't change on the 2nd hand, so we have to "reload" the weapons by weapon swapping.
