Cant put a one handed sword on a one handed sword with skin transfer

Hey guys,

I currently have a Ephemeral Edge equipped and wanted to skintransfer it with daressos passion. It both counts as "one handed sword", but somehow the foil isnt able to be applied to my ephemeral edge. when i try it tells me "The two items must be the same type", while both being "one handed swords".

I purchased skin-transfers especially for this. Why isnt it working?

Please dont tell me "cuz its not same weapon type, one weapon is slash- & the other is stabanimation", because that does not matter. Skin transfer CLEARLY says items have to be same itemtype - this would mean 2x 1h Sword SHOULD work.

Am i just too dumb to apply the skin or is it GGG that fkd up here?

There are some sub sets within weapon types.

For one hand swords.

There are normal swords and "thrusting weapons"

For maces, there are maces and sceptres.
their animations are difrent and as such precluded from their other versions
