Payment problems and possible scumming (not from GGG, but payment system Xsolla)

Let get straight to the point. Today I decided to spend some money on beloved PoE to finaly get opportunity to easy-trade. Recentlly I swithced from Steam vesion to Standalone, cause steam was staggering hard with any minor 10mb update, scrambling all of game files each time. So I find myself cannot use Steam purchase, and GGG site was offering me only Xsolla service to pay. After a couple times resulting in errors, I knocked on support door. Then attach diaolge happend.

TL;DR: They accused me of buying account, sayed somthing about "girl phoning them, which saying that she sell her account, and now reciving smses about confomation of payment", then they wanted a couple of bank staments from 2 dates, which escolated at fist at asking my last 4 digits of card, then 6 first.



Of couse I ditched them of, cause that seems and smels like a big pile of scam ander a tiny leaf. Now I know only that I will never use that service againg, and redownloading Steam version. Meanwhile, I just wanting to get this thing to communuty and get some respone out of authorities
