Losing internet connection right after starting the game

Hi,

I have been having problem for last two days. Every time I start the game my Internet goes off. I dont even have try to log in, the Internet disconnects even when I'm in menu screen. It only happens in PoE, nothing else is causing problems. I tried to connect directly from my modem but it didn't solve the problem. I really came out of blue two days ago and I don't recall any changes on my PC that could have caused it. Any ideas what can be the problem?

Pretty much no packet loss, just 1%. I tried some more tests and I connected to PoE via my mobile Internet provider and everything works fine, there are problems only on my regular ISP. And I can't really use mobile Internet due to limited data. Anyone knows what can be the problem?

Ok, so I got it fixed in some way but maybe someone will be able to find solution so it works like it should.

Currently I have two Internet connections on my PC: regular modem ISP and mobile (That gives me two different IPv4 addresses). Right now I have my mobile connected to modem ISP via WiFi and then my mobile is connected to my PC as a modem. So basically I am using my mobile as a modem while it still is getting connection from regular ISP but that gives me another IPv4 address. Now that I have two different IPs on same connection I used ForceBindIP to run PoE using my mobile IP and it works, while no mobile Internet data is being used, only regular ISP. Hope that makes sense.

It seems like connecting to PoE with my regular ISP and my modem IP doesn't work but if I use the same connection but with different IP everything works fine. What can be the problem?
