one of the best tabula bricks?

Very nice statistics and nothing else. The most important advantages of "tabula rasa" is the ability to wear it with a newly created character and ability to using any combination of gems. Here we have awesome stats, but socked colours fixed rather for archers, with really crappy ES and ability to use from lvl 57. Useless for levelling (till lvl 57) useless for endgame. In other hand, outstanding item for everybody, who wants to end campaign and do first 3 (or even 4) labs during campaign (without -60% res penalty). Overal - cute thingd from lvl 57 up to T10 maps :)
