Infinite loading screens

I can't play this game correctly since 2 days ago or so. The game keeps getting stuck in loading screens sometimes and I have to ALT+F4 and run the game over and over again every time.

It's not consistent tho, but its very annoying.

Still can't fix this problem... Never happened to me in more than 1.5k hours...

I unistalled the game from steam, deleted all folders manually, and installed again clean, I checked the drivers from NVIDIA, the updates from Windows, all it's good. So I don't know what is wrong but this is very annoying. I have to ALT+F4 every day more than a few times...
