Convocation bug

Hey there, i finally found the source of bug, where you freeze in place and cant move, cant cast any spell except convocation. The problem is when we cast convocation in tight place, next to obstacles such a strongbox, chest loots etc. Once you cast convocation sometimes it seems like theres no space for all minions to teleport near you and you stuck. The only way to carry on playing is relog or if youre in party click icon to teleport near him.

Btw if yore "freezed" by this bug and you remove convocation from inventory, you unfreeze, can run but once you get few steps you will be automatically teleported to the point where you stuck anyways.
Is this known bug ?
