Crawler goes thru textures(Fractured walls). You can go too w/o destroying it.

Long story short and how did it happen:
1) I found a wall which lead to another "checkpoint"
2) With flares and 2 dynamites I destroyed it and got an achievement(it confirmed that I really destroyed it)
3) I returned to mine encampment
4) I chose this new path that I discovered
5) Crawler started to move and when we was near wall that I destroyed(wait a minute WHY WALL IS STILL THERE??)
6) Crawler goes right thru texture and leaves me alone in the dark

I pissed my pants cuz I didnt wanted to die

8) Crawler still going forward, but I managed to return to starting point
9) It wasnt active and I was just stuck in the mine, portals are disabled too

UPD:
I tried this again after relog and found another bug.
1) I chose that stupid dangerous path again.
2) Same story, crawler goes thru same wall(but it was in another place...)
3) I spammed my Flame Dash and It worked!
4) I was teleported behind this wall and I was able to finish this ride.

UPD2:
My guess is: First subterranean map creates with all "checkpoints" in it(blocked with walls and not blocked ones)
Then when we go in mines, it loads a certain chunk.
After a destroying a blockage(fractured wall) map unlocks that checkpoint and we can ask crawler to go there.
BUT after we load this part of the mine again it loads with old setup(idk how to say that) so map doesn't count our actions towards it.
Also after that bug we can't interact with wall again, it's just a solid texture.
