Demental's Permanent Vaal Righteous Fire Trickster

This guide will be updated with gameplay videos and a passive tree planner soon in the future.

Pros:
Tanky(20k+ ES)
Best RF build
Top tier clear speed
Can do all map mods(except Players Cannot Regenerate)

60+ second Headhunter buffs
20+ second Vaal Righteous Fire
30+ second Soul Eater(optional)

Cons:
May need souls during specific boss fights
Needs Headhunter to be extremely efficient

The idea is to get Vaal Righteous Fire's duration as long as possible, so that it's active during the Soul Gain Prevention and the time it takes to gather souls for the second VRF. With this build, you will have over 20 seconds(or more) of Vaal Righteous Fire.

Headhunter is a core part of this build when it comes to Beyond maps and Tier10 and above. With this build, you will have over 60 seconds of Headhunter Rare Mod buffs. You will be able to clear a full map with the first rare monster's mods still attached.

Recommended Gear & Skill/support Gem Links:
Spoiler
Weapon: Brightbeak or rare fire damage Mace with 1.50+ attack speed

Cast When Damage Taken(level 20)
Summon Stone Golem
Immortal Call

Shield: Rise Of The Phoenix or rare high energy shield Shield with max resist

Blood Magic
Vitality
Clarity

Helmet 3B 1R: Rare Essence Of Horror crafted (Temporal Chains 30% Effect enchant)
Vaal Righteous Fire - Inc Area Of Effect/Conc Effect - Elemental Focus - Burning Damage
You should be able to make a decent one on your first try. I would suggest crafting on an itemlevel 84+ Elder Hubris Circlet.

Righteous Fire
Burning Damage Support
Elemental Focus Support
Increased Area of Effect Support/Concentrated Effect Support

Chest: Shavronne's Wrappings
A must have for the Chaos Damage does not bypass Energy Shield.

Enlighten
Empower
Purity of Fire
Discipline
Blasphemy
Flammability

Gloves: Shackles of the Wretched (Trigger 'of Light' when you take a critical strike enchant)
This is also a must have for the build to work. You will be self inflicting Temporal Chains onto yourself which will increase the duration of all of your buffs and debuffs.

Curse On Hit
Temporal Chains
Shield Charge
Fortify

Belt: Headhunter / Bated Breath
Obviously the Headhunter is the best choice here. With self inflicted temporal chains, you will have over 60 seconds of rare mods. The dexterity and strength is also nice to have!

Boots: Kaom's Roots (2% Life and Mana regeneration when hit recently enchant)
Most people would think this is a waste to use Kaom's Roots, but it is very useful when starting maps. It also prevents your cast speed from being slowed below the base amount, which you need to cast VRF. A lot of that the life will be converted to ES with the amulet.

Amulet: Presence of Chayula / Zerphi's Heart
Presence of Chayula must have to prevent your Vaal Righteous Fire cast from being interrupted. Being low life, you will get a lot of extra ES from your life pool. The Chaos Resist is also nice to have.

Zerphi's Heart is optional, but a fun way to clear maps. It guarantees Soul Eater, which will allow you to fly through maps with amazing attack speed and cast speed for your VRF. The duration scales over 30 seconds with self inflicted Temporal Chains.

Rings: Rare rings with ES and resists, preferably Opal Rings

MUST HAVE RARE ITEM WITH FLAT LIGHTNING/COLD DAMAGE TO PROC ELEMENTAL OVERLOAD

Bandits, Leveling Progression & Passive Skill Tree:
Spoiler
Kill all bandits for 2 Passive Points.

Well, I guess this build got bricked with the soul gain prevention changes. A shame, this seemed like an interesting concept :(

Any plans on switching this to just an ordinary LLRF or are you still going to go for maximum vaal RF duration, even though you'll need to gather souls the usual way?
Perhaps tossing in a soul ripper, since it only has a four-second duration as opposed to the increased duration of the vaal RF?

I look forward to hearing more about this!
