Eradicator Elder Guardian bug- loot issue

Helped out someone on global kill their eradicator but encountered several oddities.

1. The eradicator turned invisible during his ad phase
2.The tentacle form was on top of his human form when he reappeared
3. Even after death with the elder appearing for his death animation, the eradicator continued to move and attack.
4. Dropped absolutely no loot.
5. Counted on the persons atlas as a kill but denied them the loot and the memory fragment.
