best HC build?

My computer is a potato with no GPU (integrated into CPU), so this league i made a zerphi's poet. i heard there is no way to get zerphis in delve, so i'm wondering what the best build is for endgame that is also lag resistant (i.e. will be able to tank for a second if computer freezes up). currency shouldn't be an issue, i can currency farm

We don´t know about patch notes or special mechanics in delve much so hard to say.

There´s no "best build" or smth like that anyway.

I would focus on block builds with life or ES on block recovery with leech or regen on top of that and high amount of EHP overall.

Necromancer or Gladiator builds have easy access to block

Juggernaut has good mix of both offensive and defensive options for all kind of builds

Champion´s permanent fortify etc

Guardian / Occultist, Trickster or even Scion has potential for ES builds.

Specific build depends on your playstyle.
