Lab charge disruptors
What's up with the charge disruptors mechanic in the uber lab? They've killed me twice now, although I've clicked on all the disruptors, which is supposed to remove them/charges from Izaro. Yet he blabbers about being on max capacity. All disruptors are then 'greyed out' and I can't click on them (again). WTF is up?
Tired of dying to that twat now, so better wait until a day when the lab doesn't suck balls. edit: It's not all bad though. Found an exalt in a treasure trove :) Last edited by Pangaearocks#3938 on Jul 26, 2018, 7:20:44 PM Last bumped on Jul 27, 2018, 8:30:08 AM

Sounds like you're clicking on them prematurely. They can only be used once (unless you have that relic thingy that allows one disruptor to be reused) so it's just a matter of using them at the right time.
Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you.

That must be it then. I waited a good while this last time, but still got smoked badly. Maybe wasn't able to kill Izaro quickly enough afterwards. Arc isn't great against single targets. Sure would be nice with some proper in-game info about how these crucial gameplay mechanics work, but.. yeah...

In this phase Izaro generates charges (golden balls flying around him) over time.
Each charge provides speed and damage - so the more charges Izaro gets, the harder the fight will be. You can remove all charges by clicking the charge disruptors. Important to know: First phase will end whenever Izaro's lifepool drops below 66% Second phase will end at 33% life Your goal is to remove all charges shortly before Izaro's life drops below the threshold and ends the fight. Any active charge at the end of the fight will buff Izaro for the remaining encounters. So you have to reserve 1 disruptor to remove charges right before the fight ends, means you have two shots to remove charges during the fight to keep it manageable. Cheers |
