Inconsistent text on wand with two shaped crit mods

The item seems to actually apply one level 20 increased criticals to a socketed skill, so the first mouseover text is false. I do not know which behiaviour is intended by the developers, but at least the descriptions are incorrect in either case.

A skill can’t be affected by 2 of the same support gem, so level 20 is correct. It’s the description that’s wrong.
