First time i find something good

Hey people,
I started playing POE a couple months ago and I usually follow build guides, so I have very little knowledge about mechanics and pricing items.
This weekend I think I have found a very nice scepter but I’m not sure how to price it or use it.
Can anyone help me? Is it really good or am I a delusional casual? Hahaha

You could make a slick melee build with Lightning Strike with that one. Pretty dope. :)

I'm afraid I'm going to disappoint you. Your item is very, very nicelooking... trash. Good for nothing as a "stat stick", worthless as "6l weapon", as it is slow and with really low damage. To recapitulate - looks really good, good for nothing. Want 6l? Use tabula and some decent weapon. Besides, if you think it is goot, list it for 1 ex, wait for odium :)
