Frostbreath's double damage to chilled does not work on Vaal Double Strike clones

Tested a lot against the boss of A10 Desecrated Chambers. The clones do not get the double damage against chilled enemies at all. They actually do more damage with elemental focus in. Tested with chilling the target with my own hit, chilling it before I use VDS, using vaal cold snap for chilled ground, etc. Nothing that causes the enemy to be chilled helps. Made sure to get rid of anything else that could cause chill effects.

Other similar things, such as Innsbury Edge's maim on hit, work just fine with the clones. It has similar wording -- "Attacks with this Weapon maim on hit" vs "Attacks with this Weapon deal Double Damage to Chilled Enemies".

I tested this for like 4-5 hours straight today figuring out everything and it was very clear that something was wrong, tried everything and it was obvious when ele focus did more damage.
