Act 5 zone 4 Crashing for multiple players HCI

Hey GGG,
just thought you guys should know that your act 5 hardcore Incursion is not allowing players to progress past act 5 zone 4. when leaving zone 3 the game goes to black screen and brings us back to the start menu. I have attempted the transition multiple times and continue to get the same result. Hello,
Please try power cycling your console to start and see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn't you'll have to try re-installing the game as it sounds like some of the files on your local console may be in a bad state. |
