Shaper map bug

I was doing a shaper run and after the second TP out from him, i lightening warped over a gap, and the game bugged, my character was frozen in the end of the animation, on the otherside of the gap the mobs were not moving and the sound effect of the spell was not stopping, my connexion was still working tho (was watching a stream at the same time). I tried to come back to champ select/ log out, but it was not working, i closed my game and when i came back, my 5 remaining portals were gone, no traces of my fragments. I'm not asking them back but i would appreciate if something like that could not happen again.
