Storm Call Lab Enchant indexing is wrong on trade site

The Storm Call Reduced Duration Lab enchant is incorrect on the trade website. It's listed as "Increased Duration." Can not search for the Reduced Enchant.

It's not quite incorrect. Internally all 'reduced' modifiers are implemented as 'increased' with negative value.
