Starforge double strike build help

Hello everyone,

Been saving up to do a starforge build utilizing vaal double strike, I have been struggling with the skill tree and wanted to see what recommendations you guys would make to optimize it. I have all the gear in the pob link except the jewels which are just placeholder generic jewels and the starforge itself which one more doctor drop will fix. Not GG gear but I can grow into that pretty satisfied with the dps but I am sure with better gear I can go up another 20-30%. Let me know your thoughts and any tips on the best ways to proc adrenaline without a weapon swap as that is my plan at this moment.
