Instance Crash and Rollback

Has happened multiple times this league. I get disconnected and can't re-enter my map. Wondering if Power Siphon is the cause as my other build was fine.
Wouldn't mind so much if I didn't lose my loot to a rollback, fortunately the worst I've lost is a 20c item.
