Help with Shaper Bow crafting <3

How do I increase the chances for the cold dmg per 10 dex mod?

Is it considered an attack? Cuz if not i could wait to lvl Catarina and block attack mods

Going off of the PoE Affix site, it says:

"Adds # to # Cold Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Dexterity"

So I would assume it to be an attack mod.

I spent around 500 alts on a magic shaper bow to get that prefix and haven't seen it once. I'd recommend starting by getting a magic base with that mod or just buying one (assuming this is the main stat you need on the bow).

I know, but game is weird with wording sometimes. But that catarina mod was a suffix anyway so, deosn`t help

ask a streamer to do it ^^ I don't know anyone else who can slam a mod that they want given 100 tries but streamers do it fairly often
