Offer uploaded on poe.trade and pathofexile.com

Not all of my items that I put up for sale are read by the site. For example, I place cards after 78c, but they are neither on poe.trade nor on pathofexile.com. But maps that are already visible in the exhibition. The site shows that the seller is offline but I'm in the game.

How to fix it?
