POE freezes/crashed to desktop since today's patch

POE is freezing then crashing to desktop in maps for me since today's patch. Nothing in POE text logs regarding the crash, but in Windows 10 event viewer here are the most recent errors:

I ran PackCheck and no errors came up.

Same here! Since the patch anytime I alt tab the game crashes!

Makes it pretty unplayable to play since I can't price check items.

It's not happening every time, but I did get the "client crash that could occur when changing areas." bug. I clicked on The Refinery portal from The Quarry in Act 9.
