Clasped hands

We can see "clasped hands" before activating breach.

Yes, this is intended. Those are not the regular clasped hands, those are the special Breachlord's hands (Xoph's Hand, etc.) that drop much more loot than the normal hands. They are visible so that you can plan to clear the breach in that direction to open them.
