Can't Trade or Set Stash As Public

When I try and trade with another play or set my stash as public I get a message saying I can't until I have a level 25 on my account... I'm level 37.

I've e-mailed support with no luck. Could anyone help me?

Wait for support to respond. Don't keep sending more messages because that just puts you at the back of the queue again.

It should work. I don't know if you have to log out and back in once you reach level 25, but you might try that if you haven't already.

You only need one character at level 25 in your account. Once you reach that, other characters can trade. That also allows you to trade in any league.
