Production_Config Not Saving

I have a issue where when you are in game and go to the option and change any setting display UI sound and then click save at the bottom, it will then save those settings but only until i log out! Once I log out its like i never changed the settings! The file is the Production_Config. Because this doesn't save, the map overlay fog doesn't save, meaning go half way thru a map get full of loot use a portal scroll to go to town sell only take 10 sec, then use portal to go back to where you were clearing and the fog is reset and you can no longer see where you were clearing. Also the games config setting are not saving!

I have uninstalled my steam POE installation, deleted everything to do with POE in my registry, then reinstalled the 10g steam install file to see that the new files installed still DO NOT UPDATE OR SAVE!

I uninstalled my new steam POE Install and deleted everything in registry again, this time i Installed from POE.com , the first time entering credentials and settings the very first time in the game updated the Production_Config file and it saved my settings and fog was working properly again but then when i relogged and logged on in the morning to stream POE the settings did not update! Now the Production_config file will not update!

Please fix this issue, it is a issue with your file no longer saving the config settings to the game file after the initial time, even if you delete the file and have the game replace the file it wont continue to save the settings every time you click save in the options!

OK i fixed the problem!
The production_config file needs updated security permissions in order for it to update when you click save!
right click the production_config file click properties click security tab then click the admin edit button go to your user and add full control permissions. This enables you as user to update the file when you use poe as a normal user.
also you can chk your admin permission should already be set to full control permission!

so you can either change the permissions or always run POE as administrator! Your Welcome POE Tech support!
