+1 to skill gems corruption question

Hey guys I did a search online and couldn't find an answer to my question (or I just missed it). I was wondering the following:

If you have an item (Tabula Rasa for example) and it has double corruption of +1 to Socketed Skill Gems and then +2 to Socketed Projectile Gems, would that stack?.

For example, say you have a level 20 Freezing Pulse gem (which is classified as a projectile) and you put it in a Tabula Rasa that had the two corruptions, would you effectively have a level 23 Freezing Pulse?

I am pretty sure that is the case but I haven't saved up the currency yet this league to test this out and if anyone has any idea if that is the case that would be awesome!

They do. Gems with Projectile tag would get +3. There's cases where gems get up to +8 to skills from shenanigans like this.

We can start pushing gem level 30 now, with double +2 corruptions on uniques/rares that already have +1/2/3 socketed gems combined with empower.

Aura's can get +6 on a couple different shields, with L21 gem and empower (+3) thats two L30 auras. A particular body armor whose name escapes me can have +2 to gems socketed, and then +4 from corruptions.
