Prophecy didnt drop Lifesprig!

Hallo, I experienced a bugged prophecy yesterday. It was From death springs life where Dripping Dead should drop a Lifesprig. I killed a dripping Dead in Mud Flats (where also the sea hag prophecy was present) and it dropped a goat's horn instead - no unique Lifesprig. I was pretty sad since it would have been a great upgrade for my character.

Is this heard of? Then prophecies dont feel so worthwhile...
