Only spawned Elder Guardians, no Elder to be seen.

As far as I know, never should I have an Elder Guardian without Elder himself being, in some way, linked to them through Elder influence. That's what made Elder rings Possible in 3.1 and 3.2. However, Spawning my first Elder of Incursion league - or trying to - I managed to spawn only three guardians. This is a screenshot of after just spawning them: https://prnt.sc/jq67v9 . Eradicator and Elder himself are missing off of this atlas and I should never have guardians spawned without Elder in the influence somewhere. Also, it can't be that he's being hidden by uncompleted maps, as two of those guardian spawns that show up are on uncompleted maps that I haven't entered this League yet.
