@ Sign failure

Hi GGG and community,

I'm from Germany and using a german keyboard layout. Using the Win 8.1 standalone client, which I believe is international / not localised, I did get a curious problem since start of Flashback league. Well, I did not play for couple months before flashback, hence this is since I realised it.

Here is the problem: my @ (at) sign does not work. Neither in the login screen, nor in chat. I always have to type whatever I want with @ (at) included on a text editor and copy-pasta into the game. Minor thing, but it's there. Maybe you can solve it easily, please check it out.
