Queen's decree legacy

I tried buying a +2 skeletons queen's decree and in trade window it showed as +1 (In poe.trade it showed as +2)

From the 3.0.0 patch notes:
" No, there are no actual +2 skeletons Queen's Decrees around. Any that you see listed on trade sites have been indexed before the expansion and were just never updated. |
