Buff T15 Sunken City Boss

Of all the tier 15's, she seems to be the weakest both in terms of damage and ho. Hell the only reason she doesn't get melted is her phases of going under. Even with builds that take longer to kill such as essence drain, she seems to die way easier compared to others. The only threatening thing about her is the lasers which are well telegraphed. Her vomit does no damage, her eggs don't and that's assuming she survives to even cast.

Compare it to Basicila. Innocence and avarius are always dangerous.
Lava lake. Kitava enough said.
Brine kings wave phase is a nightmare with aoe mods.
Carcass can catch u by surprise with the big red ball.
