Vigilant strike cooldown question

I'm new to poe. I cant by pass Vigilant strike cooldown. I use Enduring cry. Can some explan how I can expending an endurance charge. Last bumped on Apr 30, 2018, 6:27:21 PM

It should happen automatically when you use th skill, but only if you have an endurance charge to use.

If you use enduring cry near monsters, you will get some endurance charges.
Then, use vigilant strike and it will spend those charges if you keep using it. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
