AT&T ping/lag/disconnect issues

I've been playing POE with no issues for months now and in the last week have started experiencing massive lag spikes and constant disconnects which make the game unplayable. I have a 1000mbit up/down and LoL, Overwatch and Diablo3 don't suffer from this at all. Including a long WinMTR trace (run overnight) to show how bad the issues are:
