Standard Character passive points

Hi I am logging onto a standard character from before the Act 10 expansion, is there anyway to get the passives points without having to do all the quests, the character is lvl 93 and it seems like a big time sink if I would have to run back and kill all the pantheons and what not.

Nope. It's not too bad, only takes about half an hour.

You get 90% of the passive points...all the ones you are entitled to when logging back in.
The rest are behind bosses you've never seen or completed in standard and as such require you to kill, most of them though are the ones that also unlock the pantheon stuff. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
