Regal Orb Vendor Recipe Issue

I've done the regal orb vendor recipe twice today and both times the vendor has displayed the exchange correctly, I accept the transaction and my inventory loses the items but gains no regals. The first time I thought I'd just made a mistake, but I just repeated 5 minutes ago with the same result. I don't have a screenshot since it would just be an empty inventory, but this has only started happening today. I've used the recipe all league with no issue.

Is your inventory absolutely empty? You might have a partial stack of regal orbs next to wisdom/portal scrolls etc. and did not notice it.

If that is not the case: Do you have the prophecy for the chaos recipe active? ("A Valuable Combination") It should not break the regal recipe, but there was an issue recently with the exalt shard recipe, so the bug fix for that might have broken something else.
