Lost access to email & unverified account

Hi

Today when I logged in I noticed a box saying that my account is not verified and thus lacking security features etc. So I was about to verify the account but I could not access my (bogus) email, it has been locked and now requires a security question. I do not know the answer since it was a couple of years ago I created that particular email...




I tried to change the email but then a confirmation email is sent to the old one (which I do not have access to..). Can this be resolved somehow? Can support maybe check IP or something like that and change it for me manually?

I do not really feel like starting all over with a new account and character...
