Is this considered as scamming?

This dude is selling Shaper Completion for 4 slot. He takes all our payment, enter the room, 10 sec later, tells us to enter. When we are all inside, he died, log off for 10mins. When he goes back online, I pm him, he put me in ignore.

Maybe he was simply embarrassed because he died.

No he paid for service and get tricked. Although I am not fun of buying achievements it´s pretty normal.

GGG is forcing us to share things (bcos of too much rng) so you should rather blame them not him.

While this is certainly true to some extent it surely doesn't apply to the Shaper, "bcos" you know exactly what you have do, i.e. kill the four Guardians, collect the fragments, open the Shaper's Realm and kill the b@$t@rd... or be the underachiever at the risk of being scammed. ;)
