Is SRS dead?

On a acale of zero to American healthcare, how shit is SRS in the patch? I'm thinking of making a starter build with it in 3.3. Thanks.

Haven't played SRS in a long time, but I think as a starter build it's still good.
Should get you to mapping and grinding some currency fast. However, it's probably not the optimal skill for completing all content in the game. Bird lover of Wraeclast

How much content do you estimate it can do atm? I haven't seen anyone relevant using it.

not that good without lvl21 gem(s) and a level4 empower.. but the fact that any attackers are almost 100% blinded all the time makes some bosses a total cheese.
after i hit 99 i might go "full" evasion gear xD d:-D*
