Upgrading stash tab to premium doesn't work properly

That's the 2nds time I have this bug, but the first time I make a bug report.

I sold an upgrade "stash tab to premium".
I have a lot of tabs in standard from Abyssus league which are remove-only.

a) I am not asked which stash tab should be upgraded - bad thing #1.
b) My stash tab "10" (with all unique items by the way) became a "remove-only" tab
My other tab "10 remove-only" changed to a normal tab, this one is before the former one
c) I don't know if there was a stash tab upgraded (I have too many tabs to know it)

Please check / correct this.

Fist thread wasn't accepted with message "ressource ...".
Now there a two any way - you can delete one.

For anyone else, just a note:

If you have "remove only" tabs, and purchase more tabs, or upgrade tabs, then one of the "remove only" ones will be turned into a normal (or premium, as appropriate) tab.
