lets make the ultimate troll build

the idea is to troll teamates in group play so im thinking something like this..

empire's grasp cyclone tank + vaal lightning warp. You get the idea, skilltree and items goes to armor, res, life, block?

no damage is needed as we want to stack up alot of enemies around us and then teleport them ontop of a squishy friend.

ideas for items?

gloves: empires grasp
armor: lightning coil/brass dome/carcass jack/kaoms?
helm: devotos
weapon: prismatic eclipse/shield

class: juggernaut
